The product is equally good in inhibiting protein degradation as those procured from other company, the gel image we got indicate that protein remain intact during protein isolation.

We are highly satisfied with NexGen HM Protease Inhibitor provided by Biopioneer Pvt.Ltd. Major advantages of this PI is wide range pH and thermal stability. Biopioneer PI is equally good as compared to Roche PI and the same can be observed through SDS PAGE analysis. Western blot analysis has been carried out in 3 different antibodies, results are satisfactory, it is comparable with marketed PIC.

NexGen HM protease Inhibitor is an excellent product compared to marketed leading brands such as Roche and sigma with respect to efficacy, stability, and cost-wise. We tested upon a protein which has tendency to be degraded during process, it seems that, after treatment with this PI, there was no degradation.

The protease inhibitor work well. I did not see any protein degradation after cell lysis. Prior to lysis and after lysis, the SDS-PAGE image did not show any protein degradation. Generally we get 200-250mg of protein after lysis while using other protease inhibitor like thermos and sigma, similar result we got while using this particular protease inhibitor.

Yes, we are satisfied with this protease inhibitor, no degradation of protein was observed. The lysates prepared by using the provided sample of protease inhibitors, did not show any difference with the lysates prepared by using established protease inhibitors. The protein estimation did not show any anomaly or interference after using the product.
